So I'm not a prolific artist. In fact, I get really scared when I'm looking at a blank page - my hands tingle and these voices in my head say, "Blank is pretty; why would you want to ruin it?" When I do get started on something, it takes me days, even weeks to finish a simple illustration like this one.
This isn't new, but it's my first real try with Copic markers and there are a lot of mistakes lol. But I want to really push myself, so I'm trying to submit to Illustration Friday. I figured if I submit something I had done already early int he week, I wouldn't feel so pressured the rest of the week and I can start working on a new one to submit as well.
